A pop-up window will appear when the user clicks on the "Create roadmap" button, as shown in the figure.

Roadmap name* – Enter the desired name.

Roadmap description* – Fill in the details the user wishes to describe the roadmap.

Collaborators – Drop-down where all the users in the organization are listed. Select a user from it.

Read or write access – This option assigns the collaborator either access to read or write. Click on Read Access or Write Access to assign access to the collaborator. Click on the “Add” button and repeat the process to add more collaborators.

To cancel the details entered, click "Cancel". To create the roadmap, click on the "Create" button.
